Many times in our lives we hear the phrase: «You have to start with yourself». But unfortunately no one ever explains what it is «You have to start with yourself» and what it is for. They always try to look at the sky in a veiled and mysterious way or throw a phrase: «In time you will understand everything» or something else.

I decided to figure out what it means to «Start with yourself» and I want to share the understanding that is revealed to a person if they know how to take a shortcut to arrive at the answers.
